3. Check and keep the suction nozzle and the inside of the suction nozzle clean to ensure the smooth movement of the suction nozzle of the laminating machine.
4. The belt of the laminating machine is a consumable accessory, so attention should be paid to its tightness and wear.
5. The bearings are regularly tested according to the production volume.
6. The vacuum filter should be cleaned every month.
7. The surface of the roller should be cleaned in time every time the work is completed to avoid solid dirt after it dries up.
8. After the equipment stops, the coating and rubber rollers should be unpressurized to avoid long-term extrusion affecting elasticity.
9. The paper pressing and paper feeding motors of the laminating machine are regularly replaced with high-speed grease according to the production volume.
