10. Long-term operation will cause the belt to stretch. It is necessary to check and tighten the drive belt every six months. 11. Regularly check and clean the air filter, a clogged filter will reduce the flow rate and should be replaced regularly.
12. The upper conveyor is an important part of the folder-gluer and needs to be fully maintained and calibrated. 13. The transmission belt needs to be regularly checked and tensioned, and the long-term operation will stretch the belt.
14. Replace the worn transmission belt. When replacing the belt, it must be noted that the direction of the belt arrow is consistent with the machine's running direction.
15. Regularly replace the paper feed belt. The paper feed belt is a belt with a high friction coefficient on the surface. If there is no certain friction, it is not conducive to paper output. Therefore, when the belt surface wears out after a period of use, it must be replaced.
