Therefore, we must put the cleaning work of the die-cutting machine body in the first place, and then we can ensure the trouble-free operation of the machine.
Secondly, change the oil of the die-cutting machine.
The main action of the die-cutting machine is that the main motor drives the slider and the pulley, and then drives the four pairs of toggles to move. It can reach 6,000 sheets per hour in high-speed work. It is very troublesome without good lubrication and cooling. Lubrication maintenance is divided into daily insurance, weekly insurance and monthly insurance, as follows:
daily lubrication
1. Lubricate the side gauges, gears, cam travel bearings, pressure rods, feeder head cams and steering joints with oil.
2. The main chain is lubricated, and the automatic lubricating device maintains the oil level and number.
weekly lubrication
1. Add engine oil and butter to the front gauge adjustment device.
2. Add engine oil to the front gauge and cam, add chain oil to the transmission chain of the measuring gauge, and add butter to the spring.
3. Add engine oil to the lifting cam of the feeder, and butter to the spring.
4. Add chain oil to the transmission chain of the feeder.
5. Add oil to the tightening device of the upper template.
6. Add engine oil to tooth row.
7. Add butter to the feed cam group
